MC EDICIONES S.A. was founded in 1985 with a clear orientation towards issues of information and entertainment through a series of publications largely devoted to the world of music and high fidelity. From those first moments remain as journals already established, and leaders in the market, the highly prestigious Alta Fidelidad, Heavy Rock y Metal Hammer.

A first extension of the publisher in 1994 marked the entry of new journals in the field of nautical (Yate y Náutica), sport fishing (Sólo Pesca, Pesca De Altura), pets (Todo Perros, Todo Gatos) and Home (Casa Viva), and the production of numerous monographs and a gradual immersion in the publication of books on medical and educational.

In 1998, produces the total consolidation of the company with the launch of a series of journals in the emerging multimedia market (Play Trucos, PC Juegos),and strictly professional publications, internationally renowned in the field of information technology and communication, as Global Communications, Data.ti, and later editions of TCN Castilian and Key Tips and Windows.

Before closing the twentieth century, joined their products technical publications field of music (Guitarra Total, Batería Total), three publications dedicated to digital creativity (Todo3D, Arte y Diseño, Digital Foto), the decorating magazine Estilo Clásico, dedicated to mega-yachts Grandes Esloras, El Mundo Del Caballo,  and the new Stuff, not to mention the promising Play Obsesion 2, PSM 2 and oficial X-Box official magazine.

The year 2001 marked also for MC EDICIONES the acquisition of another editorial in the sector, JC EDICIONES,  which swelled the ranks of veteran advertising Más Allá De La Ciencia y Kerrang. Not to mention the introduction of a new section of Moda, Salud y Belleza with magazines such as Your Hair, Hair Ideas, Health & Fitness y Pasarelas, and pathways, and increased the production of magazines Cocinas + Baños and Proyecto Contract.

The company took a giant step back to go into a new field of publishing, specifically dedicated to Tuning with the publication of GTI Mag, VW Magazine y Zona Roja. Also in the rigor of science with the prestigious Revista De Arqueología.

In 2003 MC EDICIONES acquires another firm's national roll out and goes to edit new entertainment magazines, animals and plants such as Bonsai, Acuario, Fuerza Naval, Fuerza Aérea, Fuerza Terrestre, Aviación Deportiva y Tren Manía.

The technology magazine T3 and product analysis, the magazine of cycling in the El Mundo de la Mountain Bike and a real luxury publication, Automóviles Exclusivos, were the advancement of the new addition to publishing segments of motor and sports magazines like Moto Viva, El Mundo Del 4x4, En Ruta (El Mundo Del Transporte) and Ciclismo en Ruta.

The tremendous success of these new facets editorial suggested broadening the spectrum of market publications such as Viva Scooter, Easy Riders, El Mundo del Caravan, Motos de Ayer, Moto TT, ¿Qué Coche? o Clásicos Exclusivos, in the field of engine, and Golf Monthly, Ski Revolution y Urban Fit in the broader sport.

The acquisition of a new publisher, well known in their particular segment, brought up MC EDICIONES two other prestigious publications: Armas y Hunters.

LThe remarkable diversity of genres, always within the journals, meant the issue of the magazine's high-tech music created by computers, Digital Music, a new decorating magazine, Exteriores,  the new stage and contrasted Vivir en el Campo, and the first new printed itself on the world of food: Cocina Viva.

In recent months, MC EDICIONES has taken another giant leap forward with the acquisition of four heads also already undertaken in the domestic market such as: Integral, Rutas del Mundo, Comer y Beber y Cocina Sana,  in addition to the publication of a monthly family, Mamá y Bebé, and the perfect guide for all women today: Mujer Sana y Bella.

In late 2007, has also initiated another major MC EDICIONES projects for the future: the creation of one of the sites most important digital content within the online publishing segment. This has created a specialized division to be shown on the network and update the amount of information that can offer the world a publisher that already has more than seventy heads to his credit.

One of the most important bases MC EDICIONES is its growing volume of advertising, which is supported by a large team of professional experts in each different area of their magazines.

Another feature that differentiates this editorial is to make available, at their own facilities, with advanced pre-press department, which allows the entire process until you reach the very impression. A department that has also experienced remarkable technological modernization in recent months.

This constant development of the company has made MC EDICIONES in one of the largest publishers in Europe and makes us think very pleasant surprises coming in the future.
