The Sanlorenzo 40 Alloy is a yacht that represents a milestone in the ascending career of Sanlorenzo. It is not only the largest yacht built to date by this company, but is also the first one built in metal, more specifically in aluminium. The 40 Alloy goes beyond a mere question of size or constructive materials, because it provides a revolutionary design.
Sanlorenzo is back on the headlines since Massimo Perotti and his team have got in charge of the company. Without giving up the classic models nor the quality level characteristic of Sanlorenzo, the new models are filling in important segments of the large yachts market. First it was the SD 92, that competes directly in the market of displacement yachts of around 24 meters and next this 40 meters, that is the largest yacht built by Sanlorenzo to date and is the first one in aluminium.

The competition to own the world largest sloop will never find a winner. The owner of Kokomo manages, however, to stand out with a harmonious design, with a discreet profile and a performance well much superior to those of larger designs.
Whoever saw, a year ago, the ver y tall rig of Kokomo manoeuvring among the fleet cruising Palma de Mallorca waters during the SuperYacht Cup would have perceived the grandeur of its dimension. It is, in fact, one of the largest sailboats built by Alloy Yachts to date and also is, nearly, the most superlative design of the prolific Ed Dubois. Its 63 meters carbon mast was on that date the tallest one manufactured by Southern Spars, and its main the longest 3DL sail ever made by North Sails. And More...

Power on its hull, beauty on deck and a vocation for exclusivity are the distinctive features of this large model by the Italian Comar, proposed as a fast sailboat and with several custom details.
Specialised in sailboats that win regattas and create admiration for their impeccable aesthetics, the tandem made by the Valicelli design group and the Comar shipyard have produced in the last years a great number of stars. However, until now they have restricted the production to lengths below 60 feet, where their clients concentrated. With nowadays trend to growth, it was logical that the Italian shipyard considered to move beyond that border, and here comes their first experience. The base is More...

The Astondoa 76 has been achieving successes since its presentation at the past Genoa boat show. A good usage of the spaces and an interior design created by the Italian Cristiano Gatto make this yacht one of the amplest and most attractive ones of its type.
Amplitude can be the basic characteristics of the Astondoa 76 GLX. Not for its almost 24 meters length, but for the right usage of all the spaces, playing with the distribution, the inner perspective and the arrangement of the furniture. The combination of all these factors implies a remarkable qualitative leap, to the point that it is not exaggerated to say that it is one of the most successful yachts of this Santa Pola based shipyard. Non of the aspects has been left up to fate. The personalit More...

Presented at the past Cannes Boat show, the SportRiva 56 is the most recent model of this prestigious Italian make, but it is also the first one of a new range that pretends to combine, under the denomination SportRiva, the functionality of the sedan models and the cruisers with fly bridge.
Riva has two well differentiated ranges. One of them groups the models from 30 to 68 feet, all of them open or coupe, whereas another one brings together the yachts from 75 to 115 feet, all of them with fly bridge. Common aspects to the whole of the make are the well cared for design, the maximum equipment and the luxurious treatment of the finishes and the materials. Without giving up these basic principles of exclusivity, this model is born with the idea of combining the concept of the boats w More...

The Italian architec Marco Mannino is the inventor of the Aicon 75 Fly, a yacht whose design is inspired by the representation of what has been called the shape of movement, a concept based on the futuristic manifesto. The idea of centrality on the main deck and on the fly bridge, as well as a kind of loft typology completes its main features.
Presented at the past Cannes boat show, the Aicon 75 Fly is the latest creation of this Sicilian shipyard, that made itself known in the international market during the 2001 Genoa boat show. The history of the company is very closely related to its founder, the architect Lino Siclari. Born in Sicily, Siclari began its professional career in the decoration of stores and showrooms in Milan, where he studied architecture. In 1982 he created Arcom and in 1986 he acquired an industrial space in Sicil More...

Monty North inaugurates a new Custom line refitting to the client’s taste one of the most successful designs from the North Wind range, the North Wind 68, that grows in length and is equipped with super yacht accessories and systems.

A sailboat built following the owner guidelines both on the aesthetic aspects, as the ones already mentioned, as on the size and the layout. Sanlorenzo presented during the past Cannes boat show the first unit of its new SD 92, the first model of a new semi displacement line of 92 to 122 feet that they manufacture at their new facilities in Viareggio.
Thanks to: Sanlorenzo In the international market of large yachts a new segment is opening up: the one of mid sized displacement or semi displacement boats. A 30 meters on which there is nothing lacking, nothing is too much nor it can be asked for more regarding accommodation, cockpit and systems. Exceptional distribution, perfect aesthetic and a outstanding navigation for a technically excellent yacht and made in great detail by the most prestigious shipyard.
We had the fortune to coincide with Julie Marie in the Canary Islands, a few days before the start of the Maxi Rolex Transatlantic Race, and to attend one of the last previous sailing sessions previous to the regatta. Despite of being already fully loaded with most of the food supplies that were going to be used in the passage, as well as having its fuel and water tanks full , the eight knots of breeze blowing south of Gran Canaria were enough for this pure thoroughbred to demonstrate its More...

The Italian Fipa group is well known by yachting enthusiasts worldwide.
