Eco-chic is born

Hassle-free days at sea are desired by more and more owners these days. With the Navetta 26, Filippetti adds a range of green-minded factors to this trend within a philosophy that embraces comfort, elegance, eco-friendliness and superb performance.

Filippetti Yacht is a brand created by Fausto Filippetti, who was a founding partner of the renowned Pershing brand together with Tilli Antonelli and Giuliano Onori. After the sale of Pershing to Ferretti Group in 1998, the three partners went their separate ways and Filippetti started his own yachting business single-handedly. The group now includes the Evo Marine and Daemon brands, with shipyards and customer service centres in Italy and several ports around the Mediterranean.
Filippetti Yachts’ green-minded line features two Navettas, one a 30-metre yacht still on the drawing board, and the other this 26-metre model unveiled last December in the Italian port of Rimini. These boats are designed by Italian architect Pietro Mingarelli following a creative process that includes lower fuel consumption and pollutant emissions, increased comfort on board thanks to reduced vibrations, and greater sailing and fuel range with a view to remaining aboard for extended periods of time. Elegance and sustainability harmoniously blend on this model, coining a new term to define the range: eco-chic. Construction took place at the Cantieri Navali San Rocco shipyard in Muggia, near Trieste, one of Filippetti’s partner companies.
