The best combination
The Custom Line Navetta 33 was announced by the Ferretti Group in mid 2007 and the first unit was shown to the public for the first time during the 2008 Cannes Yacht and Boat Show. The wait was worth it because the yacht, with an exquisite design meets by far the expectations that it had created.
The Custom Line make was born in 1996 as a division from Ferretti aimed for the construction of large yachts over 80 feet, which was then the largest length from the Ferretti models. Under this brand they have been building planing yachts from 97 to 128 feet and also the different models of the Navetta series, which nowadays consists in a 26 meters model and this 33. The first yacht of the Navetta series was the 27 meters Bacs, presented in the year 2000 at the Cannes Yachts and Boat Show, but they have also manufactured models of 26 and 30 meters. Since its presentation, the philosophy of the product remains unchanged and continues to rely on a semi displacement hull, on generous volumes, that announces its great habitability, and the attention paid to the design and the finishes, an aspect where all the yachts from the Ferretti Group are among the highest in the market. The name of the series is already by itself a summary of all this, as it means small craft, indicating their willingness of being a small ship. Furthermore, the creation of this series of ships marked the beginning of a phase where many other yachts of this typology have appeared in the market, liveable yachts, ready to sail for many miles and on board of which, above all, you can sail and carry out daily activities at the same time, with a maximum speed of 18 knots. The combination is very interesting, because it offers all the interior capacity of a displacement yacht, but with a greater performance.
The design of the yacht is a work by Studio Zuccon International Project managed by Giovanni Zuccon and the technical aspects have been developed by AYT (Advanced Yacht Technology), the engineering division of the Ferretti Group, previously known as Ferretti Engineering. The yacht is built at the CRN yard in Ancona belonging to the Ferretti group.
